Grumeti River Camp

Grumeti River Camp is nestled in a remote valley in the western corridor of Serengeti National Park. The spacious safari tents are equipped with ceiling fans, decks and en-suite bathrooms, and topped with makuti, or palm frond, canopies. Interiors are vibrant and colorful, decorated in African cloths, local sculpted furnishings and hand-blown Kenyan glassware. Guest areas include an expansive game-viewing deck, sparkling plunge pool, domed bar, lounge area and African crafts shop. Pan-African cuisine is prepared over fires or in stone ovens, and served in an open dining area.
