Stanley's Camp
The primary support of the main building in Stanley's Camp is the imposing trunk of a sausage tree, a design that demonstrates the lodge's efforts to blend in with its environment. Bordering the southern section of the Moremi Game Reserve on the Okavango Delta, the camp's 8 luxury tents were assembled so their canvas roofs would fall in with the existing tree line. Guests enjoy some of the best game viewing in the Okavango, including the elusive wild dog and a group of semi-habituated elephants. Private en-suite bathrooms and the gentle breeze of a ceiling fan ensure comfort amid 260,000 acres of untamed African bush.
