Mount Meru Game Lodge
Mount Meru Game Lodge & Sanctuary was established in 1959 by Dr. Andreas Von Nagy. The Lodge was conceived to provide superior accommodation to discerning animal lovers visiting Tanzania. The warm and elegant lodge sits on a private animal sanctuary, designed to provide a safe haven for wild game and birds on the African plains. All rooms have their own verandas for guests to enjoy as they please, whether that would be sipping on afternoon tea, or to just soaking up the unique atmosphere of the African wilderness. The suites are located in their own private garden and are ideal also for families and small groups to whom privacy is very important.
