Ndali Lodge

The stone and thatch cottages of Ndali Lodge sit on the edge of Lake Nyinambuga, an extinct volcano, and against the backdrop of the Rwenzori Mountains, known as the “Mountains of the Moon.” Each cottage has en suite bathroom facilities and a verandah facing the mountains. Meals are eaten overlooking the lake; breakfast is served on the verandah and dinner in a candle-lit dining room. The lodge has no electricity or generators, so cottages and public areas are lit by candles and oil lamps. Guests can swim in the lake, visit the Mahoma Waterfall or take walks to view wildlife, banana plantations, coffee terraces and Uganda’s nearby tea-growing region.
